As we continue to welcome this year’s new crop of Service Desk workers, we want to recognize the achievements of our wonderful and hard working staff!
Briana Zhang, Eisenhower Library student worker, was nominated and received the Student of the Year award from the University for her exceptional work at the Service Desk over the past academic year. Her excellent work in her position, great attitude, and fantastic customer service skills earned her this honor.
Steven Calleja, Service Desk Student Supervisor, was nominated and received an award from the University for creating a positive and welcome work environment for the Service Desk student workers.
