The last day of classes is fast approaching. As the semester ends, you may have some library books to return. Before you leave campus, be sure to return your books, journals, DVDs, or CDs to the library.

As a courtesy to our staff, please remove any sticky notes and tabs from books before dropping them off.

If there’s a paper band around the book, the book is an interlibrary loan or a BorrowDirect and belongs to another institution. Library staff send them to their true homes upon return. We ask that patrons keep all book bands and paperwork with the book. This greatly speeds up the return process.

You can drop off your books in one of our three book drops located in Eisenhower. There is one by the M-Level guard desk, one in the M-Level Service Desk, and the third is by the entrance of Brody’s lower level. Staff is also happy to accept items in person especially if they are fragile.

The library will be open for 24 hours starting May 1st after the building opens at 7:30am. It will stay open 24/7 until the end of exams on May 16th.  Staff will be at the service desk from 10am-10pm Sun-Thurs and 10am-6pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

You can send us an email at circmail@jhu.libanwers.com with any questions or concerns.
