As finals come to an end, MSEL and the BLC will join the rest of the campus in taking a break for the holidays. Assuming no cataclysmic events take place on the 21st, we will have reduced hours and closures on the following days:
Friday, December 21: closing at 8:00 pm
Saturday, December 22: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sunday, December 23: 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Monday, December 24: 8:00 am to noon
Tuesday, December 25: CLOSED
Wednesday, December 26-Saturday, December 29: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sunday, December 30: 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Monday, December 31: 8:00 am to noon
Tuesday, January 1: CLOSED
Wednesday, January 2-Saturday, January 5: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sunday, January 6: 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm

If you use the Columbia, DC, or Montgomery campus libraries, be sure to check the previous links for holiday hour information. DC and Montgomery will be closed December 22-January 1. Columbia will be open noon to 5:00 pm December 26-28.
Just because the building is closed, the library continues to serve you. All the great databases, e-books and e-journals that you use during the semester will be available during all hours. But why not relax and watch a good movie? We can help you find a good recent title or a classic, check it out to you (we have thousands of titles) when we are open, and you can watch it while we are closed. Whatever you do, enjoy your down time!
