And everyone at the Info Desk and Reference Office is happy to help! You sure kept us busy last semester. Our heroic group of 14 graduate students answered 7,279 questions at the Info Desk—everything from accessing databases off campus to scheduling an event on Q-level!

During the same period, librarians fielded 974 inquiries in the Reference Office. For those of you keeping track at home, that’s more than 8,200 questions this fall alone! Not to mention all the virtual submissions and research appointments!

We know you’re busy too. If you’ve got a burning question that simply cannot wait, forget about Google…we’re always available for remote reference!
