You’ve been asking for it; we listened. The inconvenience of looking 2 places on D Level will (slowly) be going away. Librarians and staff have formed a task force to unite the literature collections in MSEL into one cohesive collection, following standard Library of Congress classification.
What does all that mean? When we’re finished, there will be only one location for English literature, one for French, one for Russian, etc. There won’t be Blue P’s anymore, just plain P’s!
But bear with us. This will take several years to complete, and there may be parts of the collection unavailable for short periods of time during the process. But we will do our best to keep inconvenience to a minimum. Any questions? Ask your librarian.
Woohoo!
