The deadline for the 2010 Betty and Edgar Sweren Student Book Collecting Contest has been extended to this Friday, February 19.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Johns Hopkins Libraries, the contest is open to all undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at the university. Prizes will be awarded for the top three collections in separate undergraduate and graduate divisions. First place in each receives $1,000, second place receives $500, and Honorable Mention receives $250.
